You call or message us
Tell us which rooms need tiling and what the floor looks like now, old tile, bare concrete, or something else. We ask a few questions about the space and the sub-floor. We usually get back to you within 30 minutes.
We give you a written quote
We visit the site or go through photos and measurements you send, then work out the tiles, levelling, and labour the job needs. You get a written quote before we schedule anything, so you know what it covers. We confirm a start date once you approve it.
We tile and hand it back clean
On the day, we prep the surface, lay the tiles to the agreed pattern, and grout once they have set. We work around your fixtures and clean up as we go. Once it is done, we walk you through the finished floor and clear away offcuts and dust.

Do you work on both new construction and renovation?
Yes. We take on new home builds from the foundation up, and we also handle renovation, repair and interior work on existing houses. Tell us what you're planning and we'll talk through what's involved.
Do I need to be present while the work is happening?
You don't need to be on site every day, but we'll keep you updated as each stage finishes and confirm anything that changes from the original plan before we do the extra work. A final walkthrough happens with you before we call the job done.
How do you handle parking and access for equipment on narrow streets?
We ask about your street and gate access before we schedule material deliveries, and plan smaller vehicles for tighter lanes. If your building has its own visitor or loading rules, let us know and we'll work around them.
What areas do you cover?
We're based in Yelahanka and cover Bengaluru North and the surrounding areas, including Yelahanka, Jakkur, Hebbal, Thanisandra, Sahakara Nagar, Vidyaranyapura, RT Nagar, Rajanukunte, Chikkabanavara and Bagalur.
Do you provide a written quote before starting work?
Yes. We visit the site or go through the photos and details you send, then put together a written quote covering the stages of the job before anything is ordered or any work starts.
Can you match new work to an existing structure, like adding a floor to an older house?
Yes. We check the existing foundation and structure first, since an older building wasn't always built to carry an extra floor without some reinforcement. We tell you plainly what we find before we start.
Do you handle both residential and small commercial jobs?
Yes. Alongside home construction and renovation, we take on small commercial fit-outs like shop floors and office spaces.
What happens if something changes partway through the job?
We tell you before we do any extra work, not after. If the scope changes once we've opened up a wall or floor and found something unexpected, we explain what we found and what it means for the job before continuing.
Do you handle waterproofing separately, or only as part of a larger job?
Both. We take on standalone waterproofing jobs, like a leaking terrace or a damp wall, as well as waterproofing that's part of a larger build or renovation.
How do you handle jobs in gated apartments or societies?
We get your building's visitor, loading and working-hours rules from you before we schedule the visit, and plan material delivery and site work around them.
Can you help if I don't know exactly what's wrong, just that something needs fixing?
Yes. Send us a photo of what you're seeing and a short description, and we'll ask the right questions to work out what's involved before we visit.
Do you work with an existing architect's or engineer's plan?
Yes. If you already have a plan or a sketch, send it to us and we'll build to it. If you don't have one yet, we can talk through the layout with you as part of the first site visit.
